How do I create my first project?

Sign in and choose Create project. Only a title is required — start and end dates are filled in for you (change them if you want). Budget and site location can be added later from the project tabs.

I forgot my password or cannot receive my sign-in code.

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? Get a reset link. We email a one-time link so you can set a new password (no current password needed). Sign-in codes are emailed and expire after a few minutes — request a fresh one if the old code timed out.

What is included with Free?

Free account with a complimentary 14-day Pro trial. Free stays free after the trial: up to two workspaces, up to three projects you own, and core job tools — schedule, costs, change log, risks, lessons learned, team invites (up to 3 Free seats and 3 Guest spots per workspace), plus 1 PDF export and 1 version save per project. No credit card.

I was invited as a Guest but don't see any projects.

Ask your project lead to confirm they sent the invite to the email you used to sign up, and that you accepted it. Guests only see Financials (your own invoices) on jobs you were added to. If you're stuck, contact us below or use Get Support from the home sidebar.

What does Pro add at $14.99 CAD/mo?

Unlimited projects and workspaces, unlimited PDF exports and version history, and unlimited seats in workspaces you own. Checkout may show as coming soon until Pro billing is enabled. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the period ends.

What happens after the complimentary Pro trial?

You stay on Free automatically. Existing jobs stay. Upgrade to Pro only if you want unlimited projects, PDF exports, and version history.

Why do I see ads?

When ads are enabled, they appear only on Free accounts and help pay for the free tier. Pro removes them when checkout is available.
