InfraPro

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of InfraPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This is product wording for how InfraPro works today — not a substitute for legal advice.

Operator

InfraPro is operated by the operator of the InfraPro service. Contact: [email protected].

The service

InfraPro provides project management tools for contractors and trades: workspaces, projects, schedule, field logs, costs, changes, risks, lessons, invites, and related features. Some limits unlock with Pro when that upgrade is available. Features may be added or removed over time.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You must verify your email before signing in for the first time.
  • Creating an account requires agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Guests and invitees must use only the access they are given.
  • You may export your account data or delete your account from Account settings as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or create security risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights with the service.
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the system, or try to access data you are not invited to see.
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when inviting others.

Your content

You (and your company) own the project and job data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to operate InfraPro for you and your invited members. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you upload.

Free, complimentary Pro trial, and Pro

  • Free: limited workspaces and projects, core job tools, metered PDF export and version saves as described in the product. Free accounts may show labeled ads that help support Free plans when advertising is configured and you have accepted advertising cookies. Free remains available after a complimentary Pro trial ends.
  • Complimentary Pro trial: new non-guest accounts start a complimentary 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the account returns to Free limits (existing projects remain; new creates and Pro-only meters follow Free rules). Guest invite accounts do not receive a trial.
  • Pro: when upgrades are enabled, Pro is billed at $14.99 CAD/mo (or the price shown at checkout), unlocks higher limits (unlimited projects, workspaces, PDF exports, and version history), and removes ads when ads are shown on Free. You can cancel; Pro continues until the end of the paid period as shown in Settings. A paid subscription always overrides an expired trial.
  • Account tip emails about the complimentary Pro trial (for example first-job and trial-ending reminders) may be sent unless you stop them in Settings or via the link in those emails. They are not a newsletter.
  • InfraPro does not guarantee project outcomes, awards, or that any particular feature will remain available forever.

Disclaimer and liability

InfraPro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Pro in the three months before the claim or (b) CAD $50 if you are on Free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Privacy rights for California residents are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms when the law allows that approach; we may also ask you to re-accept when required.
